Alex McDonald
After years leading recruitment teams and high-stakes searches across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, I built Execura International to focus on senior appointments in industrial businesses.
A job description rarely tells the whole story. I want to understand the business, the people in it and where it is going. I also care about what the move means for the person taking the role. A good appointment has to make sense for both.

Linda brings 35+ years in executive search across industrial, project-led businesses and FMCG.
